Tim Mitchell joined McLennan Ross LLP as a partner in the Labour and Employment group in Calgary. He advises employers in both the public and private sector and focuses on advocating for federally and provincially regulated employers on matters related to workplace law. Mitchell has acted as lead counsel on several notable labour, employment and workplace human rights cases in Alberta. He regularly appears before labour relations boards, grievance arbitration boards and human rights commissions and tribunals.
