BTC Properties II Ltd. placed a $60 million financing on Bentall Centre, Tower IV with The Standard Life Assurance Company. The deal closed on June 20, 2003.
The financing paid out some mortgage bonds that were previously held by Standard Life. The Bentall IV and V Towers are part of the Bentall Centre in Vancouver.
BTC Properties was represented by Stu Wells of Clark, Wilson in Vancouver, and Standard Life was represented by John Morrison of Lang Michener also in Vancouver.
