Dentons Canada LLP announced that Michael C. DeCosimo has joined the firm as partner in its Toronto office, effective Sept. 14. DeCosimo has more than two decades of experience focusing on corporate and securities law. DeCosimo advises public and private companies and boards of directors on a broad range of matters, with a focus on M&A, corporate finance, strategic negotiations, corporate governance, investment funds and private equity. He also acts for underwriters and agents in relation to public and private financings.
