On July 11, 2007, Homburg Invest Inc., a real estate investment and development company with properties in Canada, the United States and Europe, completed a public offering of 41,630,000 class A subordinate voting shares (including over-allotment) at a price of $5.25 per share for total proceeds to the company of $218.5 million. The company's Class A shares are listed both on the TSX and on Euronext Amsterdam.
The underwriting syndicate was led by BMO Capital Markets and included CIBC World Markets Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., TD Securities Inc., HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., Wellington West Capital Markets Inc. and Beacon Securities Ltd.
