Oxford Properties Group Inc. sold the office tower at 630 René-Lévesque Boulevard West in Montreal to a buyer group consisting of an entity controlled by New York-based Centurian Management Corp., The Montreal Blue Trust and by a group of Montreal investors led by Redbourne Investments Inc. The deal closed on October 9, 2003, and its value is undisclosed.
The purchaser group and Centurian Management were represented by McCarthy Tétrault LLP, with a team that included John Sullivan, Stéphanie Gilcher and Stefan Fews.
