Transcontinental Sets Up $200M Securitization Program

On February 16, 2011, Transcontinental Inc. (TCI) set up a new two-year $200 million securitization program with a securitization conduit administered by a major Canadian bank, under which program TCI may sell, on an on-going basis, certain of its receivables to the conduit.

The bank was represented by McCarthy Tétrault LLP with a team consisting of Dirk Rueter, Candace Pallone, Mary Jeanne Phelan and Jennifer McGoey.
