He has grown KRB into a 70+ person operation with top-tier talent from every major national firm, with lawyers in Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia, servicing clients in the areas of M&A, real estate, banking and finance, litigation, insolvency and restructuring, and environment, among others. KRB’s clients range from growth-stage and emerging companies to multinationals, growth funds, “Big Five” Canadian chartered banks and international companies seeking to support Canadian expansion.
Chris is known for providing sophisticated value-add business and legal counsel, differentiated insight, and disciplined execution across a significant volume of transactions in an unprecedented range of practice areas in which he is fluent, including M&A, real estate and financing/secured lending. In addition to being a highly-active practicing attorney involved in all aspects of his clients’ mandates, Chris spearheads every major aspect of the firm’s operations, including business development, talent acquisition, growth strategy and marketing. In addition to his role at KRB, Chris supports more than 30 non-profit organizations, is an active member of Montreal’s Greek Community and was elected President of the Hellenic Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal (HBOT) in 2020.
