Aéroports de Montréal completion of $400M private placement

On Apr. 26, ADM Aéroports de Montréal (ADM), the local airport authority responsible for the management, operation and development of YUL Montréal–Trudeau International Airport and YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel, completed a private placement of $400 million 3.441 per cent Revenue Bonds, Series S due Apr. 26, 2051 (the Bonds).

The Bonds were offered through an agency syndicate consisting of CIBC World Markets Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc. as joint lead dealers and joint bookrunners, RBC Dominion Securities Inc. as joint bookrunner, and including Desjardins Securities Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc.

ADM was represented by Sylvain Choinière, ADM’s vice-president, legal affairs and corporate secretary, assisted by Sophie Prégent, ADM’s director of legal affairs and assistant corporate secretary.
