On January 25, 2002, Toronto-based Basis100 Inc., provider of e-commerce solutions, acquired all the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of Calgary-based EFA International Inc. for $35,483,545; and subscribed for an additional 1,518,746 class A common shares in the capital of EFA for an aggregate subscription price of $8,626,480.
