BWXT acquires Toronto-based Kinectrics for $782 million

BWXT Technologies, Inc. has agreed to acquire Kinectrics, Inc., a leader in providing lifecycle management services for the global nuclear power and transmission and distribution markets and in the production and supply of isotopes for the radiopharmaceutical industry, for consideration of approximately C$782 million and the assumption of certain net pension and debt liabilities. The transaction was signed on December 27, 2024 and closed on May 20, 2025.
