CGI Establishes $415M Credit Facility

Montreal-headquartered CGI Group Inc., entered into a $415 million credit facility with a banking syndicate led by CIBC as co-lead arranger, bookrunner and administrative agent, and including The Toronto-Dominion Bank (which acted as co-lead arranger and syndication agent), Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, Caisse centrale Desjardins (which acted as co-lead arranger and documentation agent), Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Canada and United Overseas Bank Limited. The deal closed on November 13, 2002.
