Conexant Systems Acquisition

In June, 2000 Newport Beach, California-based Conexant Systems, Inc., one of North America’s largest semiconductor suppliers, completed its US$180 million cross-border share exchange acquisition of Ottawa-based Philsar Semiconductor Inc., a leading developer of RF semiconductor solutions for personal wireless connectivity.
