CSV Midstream Solutions acquires Karr 6-18 natural gas facility from Paramount Resources

Capital Power Corporation completed its acquisition of Goreway Power Station Holdings Inc., which owns the Goreway Power Station, from JERA Co., Inc. (JERA) and Toyota Tsusho Corporation for a total of $977 million.

On Aug. 1, 2019, an affiliate of CSV Midstream Solutions Corp. completed its acquisition of the Karr 6-18 natural gas facility from Paramount Resources Ltd for total consideration of approximately $470 million. The consideration received by Paramount included approximately $330 million in cash plus a $140-million capital commitment to fund and complete the expansion of the facility. The acquisition was made possible through the strategic investment partnership between CSV Midstream and Northleaf Capital Partners.
