Heritage Oil Corporation completes $363 million Public Offering and Private Placement

On November 14, 2007, Heritage Oil Corporation, an international oil and gas corporation, completed a $363 million offering of its common shares by way of short form prospectus in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario and by way of private placement in the United Kingdom. JPMorgan Cazenove Limited and Canaccord Capital Corporation acted as placing agents in connection with the treasury offering of three million common shares and secondary offering by Albion Energy Limited of three million common shares.
