JLL Partners Acquires Mosaic Group Sales Solutions Business

On July 3, 2003, New-York based JLL Partners, a private equity firm, completed the court approved acquisition of the retail and merchandising sales solutions business of Toronto-based Mosaic Group Inc., in Canada and in the U.S. for $105 million. Mosaic Group is under court protection in Canada under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, and the acquisition was completed under this process.
