MacDonald, Dettwiler Completes $135M Share Distribution

A $135 million secondary distribution of common shares of Richmond, B.C.-based MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd., acquired in a bought deal from a group of shareholders consisting of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, a subsidiary of B.C. Investment Management Ltd., CAI Capital Partners & Co. II, LP and two related entities and James Richardson & Sons, Limited, was completed on April 16, 2002. The underwriting syndicate was led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and included TD Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc. and Raymond James Financial Inc.
