Manulife Financial Completes $2.5B Equity Offering

Manulife Financial Corporation completed an offering of common shares on November 30, 2009, raising a total of $2.5 billion. The common shares were offered through a syndicate of underwriters by way of a “bought deal” led by Scotia Capital Inc. and RBC Capital Markets Inc.
