PIP's US$527-million bid for Philadelphia William H. Gray 30th Street Station project

On August 27, 2021, Plenary Infrastructure Philadelphia (PIP), a Plenary-led consortium, reached financial close in its winning bid for the design, construction, operation, maintenance and retail management for the Philadelphia William H. Gray III 30th Street Station project.

The project includes the station building, a nearly 100-year-old facility and the third busiest station in Amtrak’s national system; a 60,000 square foot, single floor, open air structured deck parking lot on Arch Street; and the commercial development of Parcel 1, which includes a roughly 32,500 square foot tract of land and associated air rights.
