Royal Group Technologies Limited, headquartered in Woodbridge, Ontario, established a $400 million domestic guaranteed medium term note programme pursuant to a short-form shelf prospectus dated April 19, 2002. Under the programme, Royal Group Technologies may issue notes from time to time during the 25 months ending May 18, 2004. The dealer syndicate for the programme is led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc., and includes TD Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc. and CIBC World Markets Inc.
