Seven Generations Energy Ltd. participated in a strategic combination with ARC Resources Ltd. in an all-share transaction valued at approximately $8.1 billion. ARC is now Canada’s largest condensate producer, third-largest natural gas producer and sixth-largest upstream energy company. This was closed on Apr. 6, 2021.
