Talamore Mining closes C$149.5M private placement for Coffee Gold Project

Financing to advance construction of Yukon gold project toward a construction decision

On July 21, 2026, Talamore Mining Corp. (formerly Fuerte Metals Corporation) closed a brokered private placement of 18,687,500 common shares at a price of C$8.00 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of C$149.5 million, inclusive of the full exercise of the agents’ option to increase the size of the offering. The Vancouver-based company will use the proceeds to advance its wholly owned Coffee Gold Project in Yukon, including initial construction activities, permitting, engineering, and procurement.

The offering was led by Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc. and BMO Capital Markets as co-lead agents and joint bookrunners, on their own behalf and on behalf of a syndicate of agents. The common shares issued under the offering are subject to a statutory hold period in Canada expiring on November 22, 2026.

Coffee is a 100 percent-owned, open-pit heap leach gold project in the final stages of permitting and engineering, with Talamore working toward a construction decision. The company also holds a portfolio of copper and gold assets in Chile and Mexico. Talamore has emphasized its commitment to relationships with the Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in, Selkirk First Nation, White River First Nation, and the First Nation of Na-Cho Nyäk Dun, whose traditional territories surround the project.
