TD Bank Completes $1B Note Offering

On September 5, 2003, The Toronto-Dominion Bank completed a $1 billion offering of 4.54 per cent subordinated medium term notes due September 5, 2013. The syndicate of dealers included TD Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc., Merrill Lynch Canada Inc., Desjardins Securities Inc. and Trilon Securities Corporation.
