The Bank of Nova Scotia Completes $1.7 Billion Subordinated Debenture Offering

On March 27, 2008, The Bank of Nova Scotia completed a domestic public offering of $1.7 billion of 4.99 per cent Subordinated Debentures due 2018. The offering was made through a group of agents led by Scotia Capital Inc.
