On October 11, 2002, TransForce Income Fund acquired Transport Besner Inc., Gestion Réseau Besner Ltée, Besner Atlantic Trucking Ltd. and Besner Central Trucking Ltd. for an undisclosed amount. The Besner group specializes in domestic and transborder truckload activities in Canada and the U.S.
