On Octover 17, 2003, Canadian bio-technology company Vasogen Inc., filed a shelf prospectus in Canada and a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to establish a US$100 million shelf for offerings of commons shares in the US and Canada under the multijurisdictional disclosure system.
