Yamana Gold US$500 million unsecured note offering

On Aug. 6, 2021, Yamana Gold Inc. completed an offering of US$500 million principal amount of 2.630 per cent senior, unsecured notes due Aug. 15, 2031. The proceeds of the sale of the notes were used to fund the redemption of certain of Yamana’s outstanding senior notes.

Yamana is a Canadian-based TSX- and NYSE-listed precious metals producer with significant gold and silver production, development-stage properties, exploration properties and land positions throughout the Americas, including Canada, Brazil, Chile and Argentina.
