Corina Weigl’s practice focuses on estate and family business succession planning, estate administration and charities and not-for-profit law. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Ontario Bar Association, Estates and Trusts subsection. Corina is on the Executive for STEP Toronto, a member of the Editorial Committee for STEP Inside, Co-Chair of the 2018 STEP National Conference and sits on the Editorial Board of Federated Press Personal Tax & Estate Planning Journal. She is past chair of The Estate Planning Council (Toronto) and former co-teacher at Osgoode Law School Masters of Law Program and past chair of the OBA, Estates and Trusts subsection. She is involved in several pro bono matters. Corina was awarded the Hoffstein Book Prize, a peer nominated award recognizing professional excellence, and a Lexpert Zenith Award for her pro bono work. She writes and lectures frequently on trust and estate matters and is consistently recognized in top legal publications.
