Has practised in the area of banking and corporate finance for over 20 years; representing institutional creditors and investors of all types, including the major Canadian banks, many of the US money centre banks and an American global financial services company. Recently has advised the Bank of Canada on systemic matters including the proposed acquisition of TMX. Also represents investment banks in complex or specialized structured finance transactions.
