François Grondin is a seasoned and versatile litigation lawyer who regularly pleads before both the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal of Québec. His main areas of practice are civil and commercial litigation (complex litigation matters), class actions, professional liability (civil and disciplinary) and defamation. François also has significant experience in constitutional and administrative law litigation and in commissions of inquiry in particular (Gomery, Oliphant, Chamberland), as well as in professional law, including judicial ethics. François was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2019 edition (and since 2012) of The Best Lawyers in Canada (Corporate and Commercial Litigation).
