Richard Gaudreault, partner, has over 25 years of experience in labour, employment, and human rights law. He frequently acts as a collective bargaining negotiator and as a strategic advisor in the planning and reorganization of human resources for small, medium, and large businesses. A seasoned litigator, he has appeared before administrative tribunals, Québec’s Labour Relations Board, the Québec Superior Court, the Québec Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Mr. Gaudreault is a graduate of the negotiation program at the American Institute for Legal Education. He is also an accredited instructor with Ministère du Travail, de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale under the Act to promote workforce skills development and recognition.
