Louis-Martin is a partner with extensive experience in high-stakes litigation and special situations. He has been involved in virtually every recent major M&A and securities litigation in Québec, including the landmark Supreme Court of Canada’s decision relating to BCE’s proposed $52-billion privatization. Louis-Martin also advises clients on a broad spectrum of corporate, competition and insolvency disputes, as well as investigations and white collar work. He also regularly advises on corporate governance and other sensitive matters. Louis-Martin is chair of the Board of Directors of Le Garde-Manger Pour Tous and a member of Young Canadian Arbitration Practitioners.
