Renowned for his litigation skills, François Beauchamp has developed an extensive expertise in construction law, including the related fields of construction bonds, civil liability, and insurance law. He acts mainly for general contractors, surety companies, and financial institutions. A seasoned litigator, Mr. Beauchamp has extensive experience pleading lengthy cases in the trial and appellate courts regarding both contractual and extra contractual construction-related claims, as well as insurance and professional liability matters associated to all aspects of the world of finance.
