Peter Reardon is an insolvency partner in Vancouver with extensive experience in restructuring, commercial matters, banking litigation, conflicts of law, administrative and constitutional law. He has represented clients at all levels of courts including appellate litigation in the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, Appeal Division, the Supreme Court of Canada, the Supreme Court of Yukon, and has been engaged in various alternate dispute resolution proceedings. He has represented receivers, trustees, secured creditors and debtors in a number of bankruptcies, receiverships and re-organizations.
