Pierre Duquette has many years of experience with complex litigation matters. He represents clients involved in civil and commercial litigation. He also represent clients who are in litigation with public bodies. He frequently acts in matters involving provisional, interlocutory and permanent injunctions. He also regularly deals with matters relating to restrictive covenants, defamation, civil liability, professional liability and commercial landlord-tenant relations. Mr. Duquette represents clients before all the courts of Québec, including the Court of Québec, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as certain administrative tribunals. He is particularly knowledgeable about all aspects of civil procedure, he taught for several years at the Québec Bar School and gives lectures for the Québec Bar.
