Partner in the litigation department at Osler. His practice involves the litigation and arbitration of disputes relating to construction and infrastructure projects. He also provides contract administration advice during the course of the completion of projects. Practice covers all aspects of construction law including contractual disputes, negligence claims, insurance claims, construction liens, delay claims, tendering disputes, bond claims, and construction trusts. He advises all project participants on disputes related to a broad range of construction and infrastructure projects including subways, power projects (nuclear, solar, wind, natural gas, coal), highways, airport facilities, industrial facilities, commercial buildings and civil works facilities. Past chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s Construction Law Section and co-editor of the section’s newsletter from 2002 to 2006. Ryerson University: Engineering Law Course (Instructor).
