Megan Shortreed routinely represents clients in all areas of corporate, commercial, employment, civil and administrative litigation. She argues cases involving shareholder and partnership disputes, duties of directors and employees, trusts and estates, product liability and other complex commercial cases. She acts often on behalf of senior executives respecting their compensation, employment contracts or termination from employment, and on behalf of both employers and employees in respect of sensitive workplace investigations.
