Marie Garneau is a partner in the Banking & Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. Her practice focuses on banking and private mergers & acquisitions. She has acted for numerous lenders and borrowers on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions including leveraged buy-outs, asset-based loans, debt financings and structured financings. She has acted for creditors, debtors and monitors in commercial insolvencies and restructurings. Marie is a member of the Toronto office’s Associates Committee.
