Lead counsel for the Office of the Chief Coroner at the Inquiry into Pediatric Forensic Pathology in Ontario (2007–2008). Counsel to the nine provincial and territorial superior courts that approved and are tasked with administering the Indian Residential Schools Settlement Agreement, Canada's largest and most complex class action settlement.
