Chair of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Competition and Antitrust Practices. Focus on competition litigation, class action defence, corporate/commercial disputes and securities litigation. Also practises public law, constitutional law and employment. Appeared as counsel in the Supreme Court of Canada, all levels of court in Ontario, the Federal Court, before the Competition Tribunal and the Ontario Securities Commission. Member of the Antirust Section of the American Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and The Advocates’ Society. Taught advocacy and lectured on class actions and competition law issues at the Osgoode Hall Law School, the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, and at programs run by The Advocates’ Society and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
