For the last 25 years, Adam Little’s career has been dedicated to advocating on behalf of injured clients. As a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation, he has appeared as counsel at all levels of court and numerous tribunals across Ontario. Adam’s practice is focused on securing compensation in motor vehicle accident claims, medical negligence matters, occupiers’ liability cases, long-term disability disputes, and other insurance litigation. Adam speaks regularly at law conferences around the country. He is an author and updating editor of the LexisNexis Personal Injury Practice Manual, and co-author of chapters in The Oatley-McLeish Guide to Personal Injury Practice in Motor Vehicle Cases. A past president of the Simcoe County Law Association, and long-serving Treasurer of the Brain Injury Association of York Region, Adam has also received the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association’s “Distinguished Service Award” and the prestigious “Dean F. Edgell Award,” presented annually to a lawyer who has promoted the goals of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association through significant contribution and excellence in legal writing, continuing legal education and leadership activities.
