Alessia Petricone-Westwood is a partner practising in the areas of environmental law and environmental litigation. Alessia has extensive experience with all aspects of civil litigation. In her work as a litigator, Alessia crafts tailored approaches for every client whether the client is a large corporation, small business, or individual. She provides them with big-picture strategies while identifying and managing the precise details of each case. Alessia has a broad environmental litigation practice that includes contaminated land disputes, professional negligence claims, defence of environmental regulatory prosecutions, administrative appeals and hearings, and environmental insurance. Alessia regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, and administrative tribunals.
