Allan J. Ritchie

Allan Ritchie is a partner and Chair of Loopstra Nixon LLP. He maintains a broad business law practice spanning corporate and tax law, mergers and acquisitions, finance, real estate, and wealth management and succession planning. Allan advises clients on complex tax-driven reorganizations, public and private market M&A transactions, corporate finance, commercial lending, and real property acquisitions. He is also actively engaged in overseeing complex commercial disputes and facilitating out-of-court resolutions. He is frequently called upon to lead sophisticated cross-border transactions involving Canada and the United States.
