Allison Godey is a director at Terra Law Corporation. Allison’s practice is focused on all aspects of commercial real estate, including the acquisition, financing, development, sale and leasing of development and investment properties. She has extensive experience negotiating commercial leases and advising clients on other leasing matters. In addition to her active commercial leasing practice, Allison regularly assists clients on purchase and sale transactions and financings, including acquisition, mezzanine and construction financing and deposit protection insurance contracts. Allison is well versed on Real Estate Development Marketing Act and Strata Property Act issues, and has experience negotiating agreements relating to municipal land use matters with local governments, including as part of rezoning and development permit applications.
