Amelia’s practice focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Amelia regularly represents both issuers and dealers on domestic and cross border public offerings, private placements and listing transactions and has extensive experience advising clients on corporate and securities laws matters. Amelia also advises public company clients in connection with strategic mandates. In addition to her transactional practice, Amelia routinely advises reporting issuers in relation to ongoing governance and continuous disclosure matters.
