Andrée-Anne Labbé

Andrée-Anne Labbé is a partner in the litigation group in Montreal, with a practice focused on class actions and complex litigation. She regularly acts as lead counsel before superior courts and administrative tribunals. Her practice includes health law, product liability and professional liability matters, as well as complex commercial litigation and arbitration. She also represents clients in litigation arising under the Consumer Protection Act, and in disciplinary proceedings before professional regulatory bodies. She is particularly recognized for her ability to handle technically demanding cases, including those involving complex scientific and medical issues. Clients value her efficiency, her exceptional level of service and her strategic understanding of the legal and factual issues at stake, as well as her ability to align litigation strategy with business realities and risk-management objectives. Andrée-Anne was called to the Quebec Bar in 2008. She is Chair of the Executive Committee of the Women Lawyers Forum (Québec) of the Canadian Bar Association and serves on the board of directors of the Community Social Paediatrics Centre of Verdun, Les Petits Renards.
