Andreea Muth

Andreea Muth is a partner in the business law group at Pallett Valo LLP. She advises business owners and private corporations on the structure and implementation of corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as comprehensive business succession planning. Combining her unique blend of corporate/commercial law and estate planning experience, Andreea sets up structures that are tailored to each client’s specific estate and business needs. With foresight and experience, she helps clients looking to sell or exit their businesses plan the departure, including strategies for using family trusts and estate freezes. She also advises her clients on general corporate and commercial matters. As the former Chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s Business Law section, she organizes professional development for lawyers and leads efforts to modernize corporate law legislation and business registry services for Ontario business lawyers. She is also the Secretary of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) Toronto.
