Andrew Finkelstein is a partner of Chernos Flaherty Svonkin LLP with a broad civil litigation and dispute resolution practice. He has extensive experience in corporate/commercial matters, shareholders’ disputes, oppression remedy cases, employment-related disputes and estates litigation. Andrew has appeared as lead counsel before all levels of court in Ontario, in commercial arbitrations and before a variety of administrative tribunals. Andrew has also taught in Osgoode Hall’s graduate LLM program and has been repeatedly recognized for Litigation in Benchmark Canada.
