Andrew Alleyne is Vice-Chair of Fasken’s Technology Law group for the Ontario region and focuses on technology-driven corporate and commercial transactions. He advises clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to emerging technology businesses on the complexities of commercializing, acquiring, and implementing advanced technology solutions, including in the rapidly evolving area of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions development and usage. Andrew has deep experience with large-scale outsourcing arrangements, including bancassurance, as well as cloud and SaaS deployments, software licensing, transition services agreements, and the technology components of mergers and acquisitions.
