Andrew Kalamut is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault LLP’s Litigation group in Toronto, and a member of the Projects and Infrastructure Disputes Group, Global Mining Litigation Practice Group, and the International Arbitration Practice Group. His practice focuses on litigation and disputes relating to public infrastructure projects, commercial and industrial capital projects, and as well as in the global metals and mining, energy and resources, and power industries. Andrew has appeared at all levels of the Ontario courts and in domestic and international arbitrations. Andrew is a regular contributor to both "Mining Prospects" and "Mining in the Courts", the firm’s mining industry blog and annual publication, and writes for and is the co-editor of the firm’s International Arbitration Blog. He was called to the Bar in 2011 in Ontario.
