Andrew Kalamut is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault LLP’s Litigation group in Toronto, as well as a member of our Projects and Infrastructure Disputes group, our Global Mining Litigation Practice group and International Arbitration Practice group. His practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution, including domestic and international arbitration in matters relating to public infrastructure projects, commercial and industrial capital projects, and disputes in the global metals and mining, energy and resources and power industries. Andrew has appeared at all levels of the Ontario courts. Andrew is a regular contributor to both Mining Prospects and Mining in the Courts, the firm’s mining industry blog and annual publication, and writes for and is the co-editor of the firm’s International Arbitration Blog.
