Andrew is a partner in Osler’s Toronto office. He is a civil engineering graduate, whose practice focuses on construction and infrastructure projects. The projects he has worked on include those relating to airports, railway stations, transit systems, highways, water treatment plants, nuclear power plants, windfarms, power plants, office towers, data centers, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, and warehouses. His work includes providing advice on project planning and strategy, contract administration and construction legislation, and preparing procurement documents and agreements. He works on requests for proposals, calls for tenders, supply agreements, engineering and architectural service agreements, construction contracts, design-build contracts, EPC contracts, construction management contracts, and other related documents. He is a frequent speaker at universities and colleges and CPD conferences and seminars.
On August 14, 2014, Hôpital Général de Hawkesbury & District General Hospital Inc. (HGH) and Infrastructure Ontario reached financial close with 2423403 Ontario Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Bondfield Construction Company Limited (Bondfield Project Co) to build and finance the Hawkesbury & District General Hospital Redevelopment Project, located in Hawkesbury, Ontario. Bondfield Construction Company Limited will act as the Construction Contractor.
The ADT Corp. acquired Reliance Protectron Inc. from Reliance Comfort Limited Partnership, a portfolio company of investment funds managed by Alinda Capital Partners, for an all-cash deal worth $555 million.
